Sales Manager
The Sales Manager ensures the commercial development of Flootech´s and Nijhuis Saur Industries' activities and brand awareness in the Nordics. Activities include participating in communication actions, prospecting potential new customers, preparing proposals in cooperation with the process experts, commercial negotiations, developing strategies to boost sales, managing the customer portfolio, and ensuring commercial follow-up with customers to make them customers for life.
Job responsibilities:
- Identifying & prospecting of new potential customers in Sweden and Norway
- Responsibility for water plant project sales for industrial and municipal clients
- Development of long-term and successful customer relationships internationally
- Create competitive solutions for our customers in different situations
- Prepare offers in accordance with customer requirements together with the sales team
- Make your own active contribution to the company's operations and its development
Job requirements:
- Suitable education, B.Sc/M.Sc
- Experience and success in selling international projects for industrial plants
- Ability to manage large entities and bring them to a successful conclusion
- Good problem-solving skills, customer orientation, initiative, ability to work in a team
- Fluency in English and Swedish, proficiency in Norwegian a plus
- Readiness to travel
- Capability to work across cultures, borders, and different methods of executing business within an international team.
